Completed work on a major retrofit in Terenure in Dublin.  The final airtightness test was completed with a result of 0.92 ACH.  This was an exceptional result that we are very pleased with.  Overall, the house received a BER rating of A1.

We have also completed many other projects in Kimmage, Ranelagh, North Circular Road, Kilmacud, Sligo, Wexford, Roscommon, Wicklow and we continue to work on Projects such as the new Educate Together School on Gracepark Road, Dublin, Irishtown Stadium Extension, Dublin, two house extensions in Booterstown, Dublin and we are pricing a few more as well.  So we are keeping very busy at the moment.  Our success to date is due to our attention to detail and our determination to get the best results possible. We don't cut corners, we make them Airtight.
